Within the next couple months, I achieve on doing 100 push-ups without being winded. A while ago when i was younger, I was able to achieve a large amount of push-ups without getting exchausted.

  2. Keenan, a couple of questions for you. Is this an intrinsic or extrinsic goal? And how do you set out to reach this goal? Timeline? Plan of action?
